I applied online. I interviewed at CoverMyMeds (Columbus, OH)
Interview
I applied online and almost instantly received some competency gauging questionnaires. I completed those and gave a phone interview within the next week. After the call, the recruiter decided I might be a good candidate for an additional interview. The interview was professional, thorough, and long- beginning with a general tour of their (incredible) facility, and ending with a demonstration of their software which included doing around 5-6 customer service call demos. If your comfortable doing those, then it's nothing to worry about- as long as you give them your attention you shouldn't have much difficulty outside of your own nerves.Honestly, I think they were primarily making sure that you were capable of concentrating and staying professional during the process. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I've gone through- make sure you aren't kidding yourself going in. I'd recommend checking this place out! 5/5.
