My interviews went well, but several aspects of the role differed from what was advertised in the job posting, which raised concerns about transparency and organizational structure. My interactions with the HR recruiter felt disorganized and unprofessional at times. There was no initial screening call, and key questions—like availability, salary expectations, and reference checks—weren’t addressed until after the second interview. The offer process itself was awkward—the recruiter couldn’t provide details about the full compensation package and rushed the call due to another meeting.
