Covenant Care interview questions

Panel interview with about six people. got a call back to interview with 2 people. third interview with direct manager only. Each interview lasted about an hour. Some of the same questions were asked each time

Met with several managers. Were very excited and positive for weeks, then made another selection. Some confusion with nursing managers over needs even though job was posted. Very happy employees and making positive changes and additions to the business. Very receptive to nursing staff needs.
