Cove Communities interview questions

Had a recruiter reach out within an hour of applying online and schedule Pre-Screen for the next day. That went very well and she spoke to the COO (who is only there now as of a few months) and set up a direct interview with her. That interview went very well but while I was told I would hear back for next steps within a few days, weeks went by. I followed up with the recruiter who seems to always been on vacation and would not get back to me for weeks at a time. When she does get back to me, she blames the lack of response on waiting on the COO who is "traveling" a lot to provide her with guidance but that they are still very much interested. Eventually after countless follow up from me, I gave up. Very poorly run organization if they cant even communicate properly.
