I applied through university. I interviewed at Country Music Association (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2023
Interview
Short and asked if I had any past experience. I worked at nissan stadium. Worked with celebrities, and publicists. I am returning next summer to help out again. I would highly recommend this experience, it's awesome.
4 month long interview process consisting of 7 different interviews (which was about 5 too many). I was verbally offered the position, I verbally accepted, then I was ghosted for 5 weeks until ultimately being informed that I would not be getting the job (due to the company not being able to actually pay me what they had promised). Do not waste your time applying here. I have never experienced a company as dysfunctional as this.
I applied online. I interviewed at Country Music Association in Apr 2020
Interview
I interviewed with the director then several weeks later I interviewed with the VP of HR. The Marketing team seemed to be going through a transitional period and were reshaping the job description/requirements as they went along. I was told there were 3 people in the department, and I would be the fourth. I'd rather be with a company that has a clear description and a lot of it sounded like it was up in the air.
