The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Count Technologies in Jun 2025
Interview
Applied via a recruiter. Interview process was three stages, the first with the product manager, the second with the CTO, and the third a technical round with two engineers.
Process was quite swift and pleasant; every employee I met was genuinely lovely and believed in what Count is doing. The technical round was tricky, but some preparation materials were sent. My only criticism was that the engineers had not seen the code in the code review stage, so were unable to offer much guidance.
I received feedback a few days later, which was the best technical feedback I've ever gotten, and reflected on my strengths as well as weaknesses. Even though I didn't make it to the final stage, I feel that they genuinely appreciated me as a candidate.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Count Technologies (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2024
Interview
Very straightforward with a relatively small team. The most important part was working through a 30/60/90 plan and collectively agreeing on milestones and goals. I had an opportunity to meet with all the department leads who were open/honest about the current state of the company and where they needed the most help.
