Interview
First round was with HR, focusing on resume background and experience. The second round involved the hiring manager and team head. The questions asked were covering behavioural questions, teamwork, and situational scenarios.

What is one thing you wish to achieve out of the internship
Stage 1 — HR Screening Interview
After being referred, the HR Manager reached out and conducted the first interview. This stage assessed both culture fit and technical/industry knowledge equally — consistent with HR's dual gatekeeping role of checking organisational compatibility alongside baseline competency.
Stage 2 — Hiring Manager Interview
A week later, the direct manager (PR & Communications Manager, Prestige Niche Division) conducted a second interview, focused primarily on role-specific skills and experience — assessing whether the candidate had the relevant industry and strategic HC for the position.
