I applied on indeed online. It was very easy. They called me a week later, the interview was for the next day and they told me to come in to feel in a paper application before. The interview was in groups. They let us know beforehand. I was nervous about that because I had never done a group interview before but it wasn't bad. It was in my group was 3 people but there were 2 other groups with 4 people. We were interviewed by 2 people separately. One of the women asked us all the same question and we went in order answering. The other asked us all different questions separately. I think the thing that made me stand out was that I had prepared questions, they mostly had to do with the residents' activities. I believe that showed that I cared about more than the financial aspects of the job.
