Went through a long, tough application process for an entry-level-ish analyst job. Took 2 Wonderlic tests (don't get me started), did a 1-hour interview (it really was an hour), then gave a presentation; this process was over a span of a couple weeks. They never gave me clear or specific project that they were looking for for the presentation so I pretty much flopped on that but I would've appreciated them telling me they would like to move on elsewhere. Finally got a rejection after chasing their recruiter down that initially hyped me up into thinking I was getting the job since she harped on how soon I'd be available to start and being aware that they will *likely* offer me a spot after my presentation. Felt like a waste of time for such a long and unnecessarily prolonged process.
