I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coton Colors (Tallahassee, FL) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was thorough, quick, and efficient. I met with the head of the relevant departments within the company, was asked about my prior experience and if my fashion experience lined up with gift decor, and was asked if I could take on a large overall territory. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

Question 1
They asked what my prior experience in outside sales was, and how I thought I could contribute to the growth of the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Coton Colors (Tallahassee, FL) in Jul 2020
Interview
I had a phone screening and then an in-person interview with upper level management (1 person). This was during peak covid so I wish I had this experience without the mask to have a more personable interview (i.e. facial expressions). The phone screening was very thorough but they brought up a different position that I was more interested in. This position was still in the works so when I went for my in person interview, it was not made clear to upper management that this is the role I was pursuing. I think the mismatch of my interests with the original position I applied for (and was relatively qualified for) was ultimately why I didn't get the position. Also I didn't know about my longevity in the city so I think that was a big turn off (and a learning experience for me)
