Phone interview followed by an assessment which was highly relevant to the work (i.e. not a generic numeric/ verbal reasoning test). Final face-to-face interview took place with two senior consultants at the London office (depends on where you have applied). Interviewers were nice and asked specific questions relevant to experience and the role.

First submitted CV and cover letter. Completed pre interview assessment analysing a scientific paper and was then invited to interview. One interview with consultant and HR team member and at interview proof reading assessment

First a cover letter, then they sent over a written assessment which involved critically reviewing a paper. This lead to an invitation to interview which was half an hour with two consultants followed by a 45 minute proof reading exercise.
