I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Independence, MO) in Sept 2012
Interview
I went through two interview with employees of Costco Wholesale. These interviews were fairly casual. My first interview was conducted in the food court. The employees were friendly enough. I was 18 at the time. I would recommend knowing about the company before you go to interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Brampton, ON) in Apr 2023
Interview
They ask you a handful of questions about yourself, your prior experience and about certain situational scenarios and how you'd react. It's around a 10 to 15 minute interview, and sometimes there will be a second interview with another manager asking specifics. Overall not too bad.

Interview
It was relatively easy, I had two interviews - one with a regular manager then the next with the GM. They asked thought provoking questions to figure out how I would do in the Costco environment.
