I received a call from Costco and they gave a short interview on why I should join, upon giving my answer I was asked to come into the warehouse. We then had 2 rounds of interviews, once with the front end manager, the second with the assistant general manager.

Easy. Straightforward. Just like any other company. Asked a few questions about your job history and how you work with others. Then told me I should hear back in a couple days.

It was relatively easy. Just asked basic questions about experience. Most of the harder questions came from questions asking about customer service. Just remember they aren't customers, but members. They offer little training, so once you start you kind of are thrown in there, and it gets super busy. A little intimidting.
