You have to have worked at Costco for a little while for being considered for this position (at most Costco's). They had me submit a physical application with my employee review and attendance. Then they scheduled an interview with me with the manager and supervisor of the department. The interview process took a total of 2 weeks, and again, they normally reserve these positions for people who have seniority with Costco already.

After applying, there was zero communication. The location was hiring for several positions and I did not get an interview. After taking to a few other people, this is pretty common for Costco.
