Interview
The proccess took about 3 interviews. Once with a employee hire team member interviewed me, next a manager meet and greet where they ask questions about essentially about your ethical work behivor then last is with one of the top three general managers. Process is tedious but easy.

Question 1
What would you do if you and another employee, manager, etc have a disagreement what would you do? How would the proccess go?
Basic interview process with drug test and one in person interview. They have you come in the office and you talk to the general manager. They ask you to bring your resume and they got back to me the very next day with feedback.

Interview
Was not too hard of an interview. Asked a lot of scenario questions that will help the hiring team understand who you are, so be prepared to give real life examples. I used the STAR method to answer all the questions and I was hired on.

got a call and set up an interview date in person. Went into employee breakroom and waited until called on and did a 2 on 1 where they asked simple questions.
