Interview
Had 1 interview with 2 managers - received a call 45 min after saying an offer was being made and received it almost 10 days after finally. Pretty old school where they ask standard questions and write notes down on paper, all related to the position and nothing weird. I read up a lot on the company and knew stock price, owner, and was prepared but never asked.
I was recruited through a headhunter. They made the initial contact then I was given an onsite interview. I think I was givem one more phone interview. The process was fairly quick.
The company has a strong business model for success. Most of the employyes have worked their way through the warehouse into corporate positions at the headquarters in Issaquah. There is a strong push to management to hire from within so coming in from the outside is difficult.
