I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Anchorage, AK) in May 2015
Interview
The entire interview process lasted about 2 hours with 3 different managers interviewing me. They were all very personable and friendly which made things much less intimidating. They also REALLY liked the fact that I was in the military and even mentioned it being a large reason for choosing me. The interviewers asked basic questions regarding strengths, weaknesses, prior employment history, why Costco, etc. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Interview
Personally, I had 2 different interviews on 2 separate days for this job. I appreciate the interview opportunity because now I know better I think my CV wasn't the best crafted but still 2 interviews for this sort of job was totally unnecessary.

Interview
Looked at sign up sheet at the door, it looks like I'm the only applicant going in for an interview and everyone else were employee. Two guys interviewed me on the spot day. I answered to them very straight forwardly and that was it; they told me to come back the next day for drug and background.
