I had one of the worst interview experiences of my career with Costco GCC. After 5 rounds of interviews, all marked successful, I received a selection confirmation email and was asked to submit documents . Shockingly, after document collection, Costco GCC backed out without explanation. This is not just unprofessional — it shows zero integrity, zero accountability, and zero respect for candidates’ time and effort. An organization that cannot honor its own written confirmation clearly has no values and no hiring discipline. If this is how they treat candidates before joining, imagine the instability after joining. Choose this place only if you are comfortable being dropped anytime without accountability. Broken process. Broken trust. No ethics. Avoid if you value professionalism and job security.

Applied 4 months back and recruiter called on Tuesday randomly asking if Friday would work for an interview, kind of pushed to take the date as were looking to hire very soon. I had a HM conversation in the same morning and it went well. The interview was a 1 hour call with 2 engineers (I wasnt made aware that it will be a 2 : 1 interview as well as it will be focused on technical discussion and not actual coding). The interviewers lacked to show a mutual respect for the candidate and their time. Undoubtedly my worst experience ever. I wanted the interview to end ASAP, but they went on and on for 1 hour on random topics without any coding or design questions. Very underwhelming experience all around.
