Quick and cold
I submitted a resume and the interviewer did not even look at my past Job experience and offered me a cart pusher job only seasonal even though I had management experience in a major retail competition
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Fort Worth, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
When I arrived to Costco, the man at the front told me to sit at the food court and wait for someone to interview me. It took nearly an hour and a half to begin the interview. Not sure if it was a test or not to see how badly I wanted the job.
