I interviewed during August and was only interviewing for a seasonal position during the holidays lasting up until January or February of the following year. The process took less than a month it is a series of two interviews. The first interview had been with two junior managers of the warehouse, the second interview was with the second in command below the warehouse manager.

It was very straightforward and standard questions for the position. It was multiple rounds of interviews. First round you meet with an Assistant manager and another member of the hiring team. They ask you pretty standard questions about your work ethic, team compatibility, and things such as that. Second round interview you meet with one of the staff-level managers and possibly another manager in the department you will be working in. The whole process was simple and fairly quick. The entire process took less than two weeks from initial interview to being hired.

Easy interview, went in and sat with a supervisor, basic questions like what experience do you have, and some questions relating to my outlook on certain situations, in real life and how it could apply to how I work in the store
