I applied online. I interviewed at Corvias in Apr 2026
Interview
Disorganized. I only had a recruiter screening call, which was delayed by a couple of weeks while the position was put on hold. The call was strange - not the usual "tell me about yourself" type questions but several specific ones that didn't feel like they were quite aligned with the job description (e.g. there was nothing written about content management systems, yet one of the few questions was focused on that). I'm only assuming I didn't move on because I've heard nothing back from them over a month after the call. It's sadly common these days, but I still find it incredibly rude to leave a candidate hanging after they've spent time preparing, scheduling and having a conversation. It would take less than a minute to send a boilerplate rejection to all the candidates. Though maybe we're not rejected and the role has just been put on hold again while they decide what they actually want. Either way, it's disrespectful.

Interview
There were 2 interviews. One via Teams and one in person. It went well. The staff was on time and dressed professionally. The interview lasted for 40 minutes. They shared experiences with the company and asked detailed questions. Overall, good interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Corvias in Dec 2020
Interview
SEVERAL rounds of interviews with absolutely zero response afterward. It is incredibly inconsiderate to make an individual go through 5 rounds of interviews to ultimately not inform someone of their decision.
