Correctional Healthcare Companies interview questions

After placing an application, I was called in for an initial interview. Perhaps 2 or 3 days later I was called in for the 2nd interview and received an offer at the time. I had to negotiate my salary because I was offered only $25.00 which I would not settle for due to the nature of the job. I includes it lot! Imagine having only a max of 3 nurses being responsible for almost 2000 inmates from all walks of life with every medical problem one could possible think of.

Poor interview by phone, then told my application would be submitted to director at site. Then received email that position had been filled, Friend found out position was still available. Since this is how they operate glad I was not even considered for position.
