Corporate Synergies interview questions

Lengthy process, took about 2 months total. Submitted application, month later received a call from their internal recruiter. Was asked some standard screening questions and then asked to come into office to interview with hiring manager. Hiring Manager was about 10 mins late (not a big deal) and tried to act like he had me pegged in the first 15 minutes of our conversation (he had no clue!). Was asked to come back for a 2nd interview with the same hiring manager, plus a member of the team. This was essentially a repeat of interview #1 and a complete waste of time. Was told I was a finalist and asked to come in for a 3rd interview with EVP. Again, standard questions and nothing too difficult. They will string you along, so be careful! I think they have all their candidates go thru 3 rounds of interviews and they don't eliminate anyone until the end. The office was good size, but only had 10 employees, maybe! All the desks were empty and the place looked depressing. Stay away!
