Obtained job description from a career services office at my university. Filled out their questionnaire and sent my resume. Did not get initial job but later got an email for a phone interview for a similar position. Phone interview was not too difficult.

A set of two interviews each with a different pair of full time engineers. This happened on campus. I was recruited at the large on campus career fair first. All recruiters were engineers at the plant I applied to.
