pre employment testing only about 20% pass because they use this test that is for engineers as well as factory workers is the same. Management does not have a clue. If you pass the test you will be called in for a walk around and interview. If you pass the test you will probably be hired no matter how crazy you are depending upon their needs. If hire 6 week training is done by co workers who love to see you fail
