Some days after I get a contact to Cornerstone OnDemand, I get a mail from Alicia Roy telling me, that we can make an interview in the next days. In the time I should take a look on the Glassdoor pages of Cornerstone and also their YouTube channel. This way I found Glassdoor too... The YouTube Channel is good too, because you can see how Cornerstone work and what it is doing. There is a good interview with the CEO too witch is pretty interesting and the guy looks to be a nice person. We take an appointment for a telephone interview and she calls me. After a little small talk, we speak about Cornerstone itself and then I had to talk a little about myself and the reasons why I want to work for Cornerstone. After this, she takes the decision to stop the interview, because Cornerstone is looking mostly after people with a strong HR background in Europa witch I don’t have. For me it was ok to break at this point too, even if would wish, Cornerstone would have different priorities for the co-workers. The interview was ok... at last they take a little bit time for me. Thx for the opportunity. Anyhow, IMHO... in the interview with the CEO on YouTube, he was asked what kind of employee he is looking for and he answered: "People who are smart, cool, dependable and visionary". This is a good answer and I would wish they apply a little bit more on this… Hiring just HR people can make the company “professional blind” on the long term and I just know little HR professionals who are visionary. ;)

Applied online back in May 2019. Never heard anything. It is now February 2020. The same job listing is still online. I have a hard time believing they haven't been able to find someone to fill the position in nearly a year. They could have trained someone in this time. If they have filled it, then it is lazy to keep using the same requisition number.
