Interview
No interview. It is all about getting the manager to hire you by seeing you. Their applications are just for show. You get hired by knowing someone that works there or by gaining the attention of a manager.
It really wasn’t a interview to be honest. They did however have me waiting for hours and hours just to come back the next day. I waited again for two hours before I really even got to interview with anyone.
