Started with 5 to 10 min phone interview. Next there was an hour long test to take including math, shapes recognition, personality etc. Despite providing a resume and filling out an application already they wanted a form filled out that was just information already previously included. This form was based on a very poorly designed excel spread sheet with not enough space in most of the boxes. Resulting in a printout without most of the info. There was also a very unprofessional 2 hour interview. Included in this was me being asked again about the previous jobs information. I was told this was needed because people can't be trusted not to lie. I was asked to re-type a program for software. All of this for a 12$ an hour job with no raises for the first year and maybe 25 cents after that. I was told I would need to account for every second I was on the clock in writing, and take home 45min self help CD's every month. I was told I would hear back from them one way or another early the next week. It wasn't until Friday that I heard anything, eight days later. I declined the job and the reason I gave was due to very poor reviews from previous and current employees.
