It was a long day, but the staff was friendly and well organized. They introduced the company first and then 1-1 interview, afterwards there is a team discussion.
The company at first said that u can have overnights frecuently but it’s not true,All the rest of the benefits are okey. A pattern of 40 days on with 10 days off.

Assessment day, comparing with other assessment days very friendly clear rules and human approach. Company presentation, the. Work in groups. Dealing with a problem of lack of food on board and as a team what would we do to calm down passengers on 4 hour flight, and having only one sandwich who should get it. Classic mock-up situation of work as a partvoc the team. Third round individual interview one on one with recruiter directly from company - instructors or cabin crew manager
