Interview
I never received a formal interview, which wasn't a problem, considering the primary form of communication with the company is written. Instead, I applied and was given a writing test where I had to create original content based on their prompt. From there, someone in the company graded my work and welcomed me on board, and I slowly started receiving articles over the subsequent months.

The qualification process to become a certified freelance writer are done entirely online. You'll need to go through their testing process and then write a sample article. Plan a few hours to complete everything.
