I made it two interviews into the process. My first interview was with one of the company recruiters over Microsoft Teams. The interview was fairly casual to get to know my basic work background and took 30 minutes. My second interview was with one of the EHS regional directors. The director asked more "give me an example" questions relating to the specific nature of the EHS work. The director was very genuine and a pleasure to talk to. Unfortunately I didn't get the position due to experience, but I enjoyed the process.
