Consisted of submitting 2 LOR and 3 short essays. Received a call for an interview. In person interview where 7-10 behavioral questions were asked and a case study at the end with some follow up questions. Overall a challenging interview.

Interview
The interview went well, the managers were very friendly. I was able to talk to a current resident before the interview started. I was given a case study at the end which was difficult. I was told if I didn't hear back after a certain point I had not gotten the job.
