Interview
Got an email from talent acquisition and set up an initial screen with them. After that you meet with some of the senior managers and go through your resume. If you are chosen to move on throughout the process, you then meet with the directors so that they can meet you. If you make it past the interviews with the senior managers then you basically have the job.

Interview
It was smooth, it did not feel like an interview. We had some casual conversation, he asked me about my college life. We talked about my hometown as he was from the same state. He tried to trick me by asking a couple of question on my graduation but I survived.
