Interview
Initially had a phone interview about a week after applying. Basic informational interview, mainly personality questions + background.
Was called for an on-site interview about a week later. A series interview with about 6 interviewers over the course of 4 interviews. Easy enough situational questions with some competency questions sprinkled in.

Series interview. They bring in one interviewer after another. Total of 5 or 6. In all honesty, the turnover in this company is huge so you can say anything and they will offer you the job.
