I applied through university. I interviewed at Control Devices in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process is straightforward. The interviewers were very kind and easy to get along with.
Two interviews were conducted. The first is to get to know who you are with a one-to-one with a manager or HR. The second interview is an in-person process where a tour is conducted of the workplace with additional interviewers from the engineering department, HR, and a manager. They will ask you about your experience, the plant, etc.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience with [Design Team] on campus. What did you do and what did you learn from it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Control Devices (Saint Louis, MO) in Sept 2019
Interview
2-parts. First is an in person interview that asked about design experience and CAD knowledge (prefer solidworks). Second is a plant tour and kind of a recruitment process. They have you meet with the engineers individually and each one asks you about the same questions you answered in the first part. They may ask a technical question or two.
