On phone, then Zoom, then Zoom with a little pop up quiz. The staff are all extremely professional, personable and fun. All interactions were stress-free and enjoyable. There is no hard spotlight questions and no difficult math or 'STAR' type quizzing.

Pretty fluid process. Not difficult at all. Recruiter is pretty responsive. You have to take photos of your computer and actually own it. You then take a recorded video interview on your own. Then you do a final call with the recruiter for gen conversation, and questions about the position.

Along with several assessment tests.
Then shopping online for equipment to fit their needs and then have the equipment approved prior to ordering.
This would have been out-of-pocket expenses for myself.
They demand prior manager's contact info before offering the job.
This was quite invasive now that I know that I was not being hired.
When I thought I was at the end of the long process and about to get a hire date, I got the Thank you... but No Thank you via Email.
The rejection should have been made by a phone call after all of the time and energy I invested into the hiring process.
