Contra Senior DevOps Engineer interview questions

Everybody I interacted with was very friendly and excited about their job. It gave me a good impression of the company. Still, I was ghosted after the 3rd interview (which seems to have gone well) and didn't receive any more replies. The process starts with a screening call followed by a technical interview (more like a chat, very informal, which was nice); next is a tough cultural/behavior interview followed by an interview with one of the founders and then an offer.
