Interview Process (5 rounds in total):
HR Round – Initial screening and discussion of background, motivation, and general fit.
Hiring Manager Round – Role-specific discussion, past experience, and technical/analytical skills.
Take-Home Test – Analyze the provided dataset using Python, SQL, or BI tools, draw actionable insights, and create a presentation (PPT) with your results.
Presentation Round – Present your analysis and recommendations from the take-home test.
Stakeholder / Cultural Fit Round – Meet with cross-functional stakeholders to assess alignment with team values and company culture.
