I applied on 02/17/2024 and received an email to complete assessments on 02/18/2024. After passing, I received an email on 03/06/2024 to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview on 03/11/2024. An email requesting the background information was sent on 03/12/2024 and I received a formal offer on 03/20/2024.

Question 1
There were basic interview questions along with about 5 role play scenarios, used to show how you'd empathize at the beginning of different call types. It was very short, they just wanted to see how you'd respond and if they could hear how you adjust your tone appropriately.
