First contacted by email to set up an interview time. Upon arriving you are greeted and then seated in a conference room. You spend about 20 minutes interviewing with the manager. The manager asks you questions and allows you a chance to ask any questions. You are given 10 minutes or so to read over a booklet of company policies including employment terms. After all of this you are given work samples to complete. These samples are simple audio recordings you must listen to and transcribe by hand to the best of your abilities. You are tested for accuracy, completeness, and legibility. After all of this the interview is complete and someone calls to offer you the position if you qualify. The interviewer was a very kind man and the process was comfortable.
