You will already have worked for their staffing Co.
When they decide you are ready to be hired on, they will have you fill out another app, have an interview with your boss, and take a really simple math test. Then, you have to take a drug test (pee & hair) and done.

Interview
Very nice and professional. All of my questions were answered and they explained how everything works. I was interviewed by two people. They were friendly . I left the office well informed.
