Fast response from continental HR and also from the department where I applied. After Interview I was asked if I would like to apply for another role in the same department. Sadly in both cases my skill set was not a perfect match.

Need to go thru online assessment before an interview. Current salary slip which is subjected to confidentiality agreement insisted to be submitted either on first or second interview. Interview questions more to describing experience you have instead of checking on technical knowledge & skills you can offer.

Weakness & strength (more like managerial role) instead of technical knowledge
Very smooth, easy questions and nice work installation. Questions about personality and work focus. Work car possible provided. There were 4 phases, 1 in group other alone with hr, personality test and the last with the boss.
