I was go through Uthree recruiter to apply Continental company. In fact, they found me first. The recruiter told me there is a virtual event held by Continental.
Sound interesting right. I from Malaysia, surely I am interested in this opportunity.
At first they very eagerly response to you and reply when you have questions.
After few days, I received Continental assessment questions, logical and numeric.
If you failed at this stage, you probably not able to go to next round virtual face to face interview.
I suggest you prepare yourself and ready to spend at least 1hr to complete the assessment without leaving your seat. Each questions I believe has the duration30min. If you not answering them or you not response to anything within 30min, the system will auto skip to next question.
I completed the assessment and informed the recruiter. He just told me to wait for the invitation.
After waiting until the 2 days before interview, I yet to receive the invitation to the virtual event.
I believed i failed the assessment, and they no longer need you any more. So, assessment stage is very important. You can take your previous time to complete, as there is no time limit. Just make sure you at least pick an answer before system detect you AFK or timeout, because once timeout, the question will no longer able available for you to answer and will go to next questions.
Well, here's the unprofesional thing happened both recruiter and the company.
I dropped an email to both of them, but they neve reply to you. They are very arrogant and unprofessional. I whatapps the recruiter, he seen and never reply. This is how they behave.
This is how they underestimate foreigner in different way.
Be prepared for this situation when you applying for SG jobs :)
This is the worst experience ever compared to my previous interview with SG company.
I not complaining here, I just wish all the candidate who applying the job at Continental or go through recruiter to apply is well awared of this situation might happen to you.
Trust me, there are tons of companies far better than this.
And it is better you go apply the job directly via Continental website instead of go through client recruiter. This client recruiter is famous in declining candidate who are not fulfil their requirement, as in google review :D
