I was called for an initial interview on the phone ( January )
I was called to come to interview even if they didn't had an open role ( in February ).
They have asked me for an second interview because one of the collage chose to left the company. I got employed after the second interview ( in March ).

Question 1
1. C questions: Working on bits, static keyword, explain what a part of code is doing, check the bugs from a code.
2. C++: what is polymorphism , calling order of constructors, design patterns.
