Interview
After submitting the online application, the HR recruiter does a phone interview with you. You then proceed to the in-person interview with the individuals you will be working with/those in management positions. The interview was very laid back, as the interviewers had a page of questions with your resume in front of them. I was called a couple of days later with a job offer.

Cannot recall specific questions, but asked about my technical knowledge, my personality, how I would handle myself in certain scenarios, as well as how I work with others. Some of the technical questions I didn't know, but they seemed to appreciate my honesty rather than just giving a false answer.

Interview
The first round interview was a screen with human resources. The human resources leader was friendly and easy to connect with. Most questions were relatively straightforward and she just wanted to get a feel for whether I had legitimate capabilities that would translate to the company. Second round interview was with the CFO and questions ramped up from there to find out my depth of knowledge around manufacturing accounting. There would have been several additional layers of interviews beyond that discussion.

They send you a questionnaire by email and you answer to 8 questions and if they like your answers they schedule a Fairly easy 30 minute call + behavioral interview on-site if selected after call.
