Tour around shop floor, brief interview with Director of Engineering, Quality Engineer, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and Project Manager. Then have a one on one meeting with Director of Engineering to go over resume. Machine shop experience was preferred.

The Hiring Manager first directed phone interview. Then after that decision was made. Interview needed some experience in manufacturing. They as me question more managerial than technical. You need some machining knowledge as well.
