The interview process was very organized and engaging. Most notably, they focused a lot on the details. For example, the coordinator's email to confirm the interview schedule was branded, informative and visually appealing. Upon arrival to the office, the receptionist provided a "passport" booklet that gave a fun and simple way to learn about the company culture, history and other details. Water bottles with the #CTCTlife hashtag and branded label were also provided. Someone was there to greet me as soon as I arrived and the interviews flowed seamlessly. They also send hand-written thank you notes to all interviewees.
The interviewers were all very personable, making the interview feel more like a "get to know you" conversation rather than an interrogation. This made it beneficial for both parties to learn about each other. It takes the stress away from interviewing and leaves a positive feeling.
Recruiters and coordinators are responsive if you have to touch base regarding updates or questions. They also contact you in a timely fashion with information about the next steps.
Overall, it was a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
