I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Consolidated Electrical Distributors (Anaheim, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
I got into a zoom meeting with a high bias and disgustingly prejudiced person, who takes care of recruiting throughout the southern California recruiting area. He berated me and went over my resume, as I did not have enough experience he began to make fun of me for not having enough experience. He was super passive-aggressive and condescending throughout the interview, bragging about how much a good worker he is and that everyone should be like him. After this interview, I would not want to work for a company like this. I've had about 50 interviews in my life and this has to be the worst experience ever.

Interview
Had 4 interviews, a test, an in-person, and a reference check. Spent about 5 hours interviewing and never heard back from anyone ever again, completely ghosted with no feedback. Says a lot about the org.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Consolidated Electrical Distributors
Interview
Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.

Interview
Fairly basic, asked questions more about where I see myself in the future instead of previous experience. Problem solving questions at the end that were not applicable to the role. Laid back experience, nice enough guy interviewing me
