Interview
Behavior-based ("tell me about a time when...") interview questions are used. Prepare answers by reviewing the job description for specific behaviors required (i.e. collaboration, decision-making, conflict resolution, etc.) and prepare specific examples and outcomes to share.

Q: Tell me about a time when you had a conflict with a co-worker. What did you do to try to resolve it?
Q: Tell me about a time when you had to rely on the contributions of others to accomplish your work or project. How did you work together to reach your goals?
Was fair, straight forward, on time, interesting, in-depth, etc. Behavior based. To the point. Allowed time for questions, etc. Courteous, interested, thoughtful, follow-up. Average. Examples. HR, accounting, finance, marketing, legal, law, IT, engineer.

Interview process was very professional. Three different people sat down with me at separate times and talked to me about the position. They were friendly and acted like they were happy to have me there, unlike other companies who act like interviews are a burden.
