Relatively easy and comfortable interview, more about getting to know you, and ensuring that your morals and values align with their SPIRIT values. 2 people conducted the interview, 1 HR and 1 team leader, both were really nice. Was told that it would run for about 20 minutes, but in total I was there for ~45 minutes.

Personal questions; What do you know about ConocoPhillips. Behavioural questions; dealing with conflict with an employee etc.
Were kind and catered towards my location preferences. There were 2 interviewers and the environment seemed open ended. Easy conversation. They asked a few questions about myself, and wanted to know what I am looking to gain in the future.

They asked about previous experiences in other internships and why I am exploring other companies.
STAR method interview. Interview held on college campus followed by a second round interview which was broken down into 3 rounds each lasting an hour. Interview was straightforward and the interviewers did a good job at making you feel comfortable.

Interview
Very easy on campus interview, was 30 minuets long and it was only behavioral questions. Received a call from a recruiter the next week with an offer letter for an internship.
